Technically, Adam Berg’s short film Carousel is "just" an ad for Philips' flat-screen Cinema 21:9 TV. But in terms of technical achievement, it's an eye-opener — a 139-second tracking shot of a sprawling heist shoot-out between cops and bad guys dressed as clowns, in which the characters never move, but the camera does.
