Feast

Blood, maggots, effluvium, and alien vomit are all liberally meted out in John Gulager's Feast. It's the film that helped put a bullet in Ben Affleck and Matt Damon's Project Greenlight television series, though, so you know it has a killer’s pedigree. The unapologetically streamlined story of a group of disparate patrons at an out-of-the-way watering hole who are set upon by rampaging (and apparently horny) marauders, Feast is a credible genre entry, blending self-aware laughs with abundant gore in a manner that surely Internet-stoked fans of Snakes on a Plane were looking for in that film.
